We have prepared a simple voice search example for you to see how the Livetone application works. We first recommend that you listen to the podcast on the home page to give you an idea about how it works. In this sample application we have four documents about the geography of four states which you can search using the Livetone voice search. Below are the names of the documents and the search keywords which you can use. The last two keywords are always unique to the document. So in the first example, if you say Montana or Yellowstone, you will “find” the document right away. The first 3 keywords are shared with all the documents. This is a good way to see how you can use multiple keywords to find a document. Finally there is a number associated to the document as well. It does not matter the order in which you say them. Each time you say a keyword, you will need to (wait) until the speech recognition processes the input and tells you “GOT IT” Please say: Northwest, (wait) geography (wait), state (wait), Montana or Yellowstone After you say “Montana”, the system will tell you that it found a document. Please say: “YES” or press 1 At the end of the message there are several options. 1 or “repeat” if you want to listen to it again 2 or “new” to select a new document, or 3 to leave a “feedback”. This is useful when you require additional information. This feedback is then sent to the appropriate person by email with a voice attachment right after the call.
