Q: Do I use my own 800 number or am I provided one with the purchase of Livetone Call Credits?
A: You can use your own number or we can help you obtain one.

Q: Can I get a local access number even in other countries?
A; There is a small one time fee which allows us to provide you with a local access number in other countries. Callers would then only be paying for the local call.

Q: Are international calls very expensive or reasonably priced?
A: By paying a flat fee, all international calls cost the same!

Q: Can I buy Additional SMS packages?
A: Yes we offer 200 ($20.00) and 500 ($50.00) SMS packages.

Q: What happens when I use all my credits?
A: You will receive a notification when your minutes are about to expire. If you don’t renew the minutes, you will not be able to access the IVR platform. You still can access the web site. If you don’t renew your minutes in 90 days after they expire your account will be closed.

Q: How soon can I start using the service?
A: You can start suing the service as soon as your account is activated. It usually takes 24 hours.

Q: What kind of support do you offer?
A: We offer email support to answer any questions that you may have. We answer all our support emails in less than 12 hrs.

Q: Do you offer support to upload documents and users on the system?
A: Yes we offer support to upload your documents and users. We provide you with a simple template and we upload it. The cost is $25 for 200 documents/ 50 users and $50 for 500 documents / 150 users. If you have more, please inquire and we will provide a quote.

Q: Will my information be confidential?
A: Yes, all information is confidential. The Livetone system is designed so that only authorized users with user-ID and password can access the IVR and web application.

Q: How long do the users need to get trained on the system?
A: We offer a detailed operators manual with all the information about the system. Since we are keyword driven it is very easy to navigate the IVR and web application.

Q: Are there any other costs outside the purchase of call credits?
A: No, there are no other costs except for taxes depending on your location, which is displayed when you purchase the credits.

Q: Can users access the application via skype?
A: Yes, in your account package you will receive a skype number along with the landline access number. This means that when you access the application, it’s a free call.
